O2O Capital · Institutional Private Credit

Institutional private credit, delivered onchain.

O2O Capital Partners bridges onchain capital to institutional-grade private credit assets, delivered through regulated, DeFi-composable vaults managed by O2O.

  • $600B+ onchain allocator base
  • Senior-secured institutional credit
  • DeFi-composable vaults

01 · What We Do

Onchain capital in. Institutional credit out.

O2O Capital Partners is an onchain-native private credit manager. We source institutional credit assets from Tier 1 origination partners, hold them in regulated fund structures, and deliver them to institutional onchain allocators through DeFi-composable vaults managed by O2O.

“Allocators want institutional yield that does not move with crypto. We deliver this in their required format.”

$600B+

identified onchain allocator base — stablecoin managers, institutional Bitcoin yield solutions, and vaults.

Institutional sourcing

Assets sourced from established institutional partners, diligenced and managed by O2O.

Data transparency

Onchain NAV publication and verifiable portfolio attestations — allocators see the health of what they hold.

Liquidity & integrations

Redemptions at NAV through liquidity windows of 5% of fund NAV every 90 days. DeFi-composable by design: vault positions integrate across the onchain ecosystem for collateral and liquidity — durable ecosystem liquidity rather than rotating hot capital.

Built on institutional rails.

ERC-7540 vaults

Asynchronous deposit/redemption vault standard built for real-world asset settlement cycles, with onchain NAV publication.

Compliance-gated onboarding

KYC/AML verification gates every wallet before it can deposit. Allocator access is whitelisted end to end.

Fiat & stablecoin rails

Integrated banking, custody, and on/off-ramp partners move value between stablecoin deposits and fiat settlement.

AI-assisted credit analytics

AI-assisted credit monitoring and portfolio surveillance, with confidential portfolio-health attestations published onchain.

How capital moves.

Diagram of the vault lifecycle in three stages. First, onchain allocators — stablecoin managers, institutional Bitcoin yield solutions, and vaults — clear compliance onboarding, deposit stablecoins into an ERC-7540 vault held in a regulated fund structure, and receive a receipt token whose net asset value accrues. Second, O2O deploys that capital, through a fiat and stablecoin on/off-ramp, into institutional-grade private credit assets sourced from established institutional partners: capital flows out and credit assets flow into the portfolio. Third, repayments return to the vault and NAV ticks up, an attestation partner publishes NAV and portfolio health onchain, and the receipt token remains composable across onchain money markets for collateral and liquidity.

Capital in, institutional credit assets held, repayments back to NAV. Tap a stage to see each leg of the flow.
